PhilHealth Online Registration
To attain PhilHealth's mandate to enroll all Filipinos to the NHIP and in response to the Aquino Health Agenda on Universal Health Care, the Corporation is launching the Electronic Registration System to provide convenience and option for enrollment of an individual in the NHIP.
The facility is a web-based application and will be available to the public at no cost. This will cater to individual transactions and accommodate registration via internet as Individually Paying Member (IPM), Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW), Lifetime Member and Employed Member.
All enrollees must have their own e-mail address. They may opt to submit the necessary documentary requirements online or via postal mail. The application will be processed only upon receipt of the documentary requirements.
The PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN) will be sent through email and shall be used for all PhilHealth transactions.
Interested enrollees may visit PhilHealth's official website at https://eregister.philhealth.gov.ph The Electronic Registration System will be available starting March 1, 2012.
